One office we worked with had excellent hygienists, but reappointment rates were stuck at 40%. When we asked the team what their goal was, nobody could answer. We fixed it with a dry erase board in the break room that simply said: • “Weekly Reappointment Goal: 90%” Every Monday, the team reviewed it. Every Friday, they checked the numbers.
